| 1. These products will work on many surfaces including laminates and plastics. The process is the same however on countertops it is recommended that you use Hard Wax Plus for added durability and chemical resistance. Prepare the damage using a small chisel to remove any loose particles. |
2. Level the damaged area using the Special Scraper. Pull the Special Scraper towards you at 25-30 degrees. |

| 3. Apply the Hard Wax Plus using the Butane Hot Knife. Because this is a random pattern, apply the fill material in a like manner mirroring the original look of the laminate surface. |
4. Flatten the repair using the Special Scraper and pressing down. |

| 5. Remove the fill using the Special Scraper. | 6. If you are using Hard Wax Plus you may use the Metal Planer to remove the fill more effeciently. Liquid Sandpaper with the felt block and a Cotton Cloth to remove excess wax. |

| 7. Apply Color Touch-up using the stippling technique randomly placing dots and eliminating any uniformity of the repaired area. |
8. Step back and look at the repair if it needs adjustments. Repeat the process if necessary being careful not to over work the repair. |

| 9. Make needed adjustments. Lastly, seal the laminate surface using the appropriate top coat. Acrylic Lacquer is recommended for laminate surfaces. |
The repair is now complete. |
