| 1. When damage occurs, the contrasting white background readily shows through. This can be repaired quickly and easily by using an Edging Pen. |
2. Choose the appropriate color pen, shake thoroughly, and then press down on the pen tip releasing the colored lacquer in the pen. |

| Tip: Do not pump the pen tip rather press and hold. It is recommended to press down on a piece of clear transparency film over the repair area to verify your color choice and protect the undamaged wood below. |

| 4. Once the color is released, lightly draw the pen across the damaged area. This is a very simple repair with no special techniques required. |

|
|
| Tip: When using a touch-up marker of any kind make sure the tip of the pen is not too wet and protect the surrounding area against spills. |

| 5. Blend out the repair using your finger or a dry rag. |
6. The repair is now complete. |

| Tip: If the color is too dark you may lighten the damage by rubbing across the repair with a small piece of premium wire wool.
If the color is too light wait for 60 seconds or until the touch-up is completely dry and reapply until you achieve the desired results. |
